Studio Architecture Fees

Due to the diversity in the scope of work within projects, fees will be quoted for on an individual basis.

Please leave as much detail as possible and we will provide you with a specialised quotation for your project.

Consulation Fees:

30 minute Zoom/Skype/Teams consultation: £50+VAT

30 minute consulation at your property: £90+VAT

The most basic services include within our fee proposals will be:

- Client consultations 

- Measured building survey as required

- All required architectural drawings as required

- Additional planning documentation

- Technical drawings

- Building Control documentation

- All submission of applications and liaising with Planning Authority and Building Control until determination
