  • Architecture is living and breathing, it cannot be captured in an image.

A photograph does not accurately represent a living space as it’s a carefully curated composition designed to cultivate inspiration.

  • A professional will be honourable and deliver on their promises.

Choose a trusted architectural practice that delivers services without compromise.

  • Precision and excellence

Choose attention to detail and a commitment to quality that truly stands out.

  • We know our value

Value and price are different, choose Value.

  • Food for thought

When thinking about a project, it's very easy to focus in on the finer details like colour schemes, decor, kitchen, furniture or even a type of sliding door that you particularly like. You may have been looking for inspiration in the latest home magazines or online and have seen some idealistic images that you want to replicate. Taking inspiration from what you have seen is great, however design is best started with a broad focus.

Services FAQ

Planning ...How does it work, how long does it take, how long does it last?

Knowing how the planning system works can be very advantages and sometimes can even make or break a project. Rest assured, Studio Architecture has a fantastic track record for administration of planning applications, with a high approval percentage.

There are various types of planning applications that are typically associated with residential projects, in some cases a combination of planning applications will be submitted in order to have a development approved that would otherwise be rejected as a single application.

Generally planning decisions take 8 weeks from submission and will lapse after three years if the works are not start.
